WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) today issued the following statement regarding her decision to vote against the confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to serve as an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court:
