WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) today voted to send President Trump the FY2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), legislation that sets national security policies and authorizes appropriations sought by the President to rebuild America’s military.
The Senate approved the bill (HR.5515) on an 87-10 vote, clearing it to be sent to the President to be signed into law.
