The Library of Congress offers a Surplus Book Program to provide books and reading materials which are not needed for the Library's own uses to qualifying organizations.  This program is available to nonprofit educational institutions, museums, or public libraries and agencies of the local, state, or federal government.  Please follow the following instructions (https://www.loc.gov/acq/Surplus_Books_Program.pdf) and fill out the application below, then send to:
